Arlington's Youth Ministry

The teens at Arlington Baptist Church are the next generation of servant leaders in the church and the community abroad.  The apostle Paul told Timothy that "the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men..." (2 Timothy 2:2).  We purpose to invest in our youth as Paul instructed young Timothy to do to with "faithful men".  We seek to do this through accurate and clear Bible teaching and through the example shown in the lives of godly adult leaders.

Our primary time of ministering to youth at ABC is the Teen Bible Study.  Every Wednesday evening from 7:00 - 8:30 PM, the teens meet with Pastor Todd in the Youth Hall for a Bible challenge, singing, games, and leadership-building activities. Other tools for building teens in their faith include:

• Teen Evangelism (once a month on Wednesdays @ 4pm)

• Service in the local church

• Missions Trip

• Summer Camp

• Winter Retreat

• Teen Conferences

• Wilderness Adventure in Canada

• Singspirations (times of testimonies and singing in a home setting)

• Monthly activities
