At some point in our lives, each one of us sees ourselves in the life of David. His many psalms express the pouring out of his heart to God. Next to our Lord Jesus Christ, God devotes more space of His Word to David (54 chapters in all) than any other Bible character. His most outstanding quality was being a man after God's own heart. Our theme at Arlington this year is "A Heart for God." Over the next 12 months, Pastor Campbell will preach 43 sermons on the life of David and his heart for God encouraging us to develop our heart for God. Join us in the series this Sunday morning at 11.
SUNDAY EVENINGS AT 6 - "Healthy Heart"
Doctors stress the need for us to have a healthy heart. We should check our blood pressure, pulse, etc. Our theme at Arlington this year is "A Heart for God." Pastor Campbell will preach a short series of messages on "A Healthy Heart." We will examine how to have a healthy heart for God, the ministry, and others. Join us this Sunday evening at 6.
WEDNESDAY EVENINGS AT 7 - "Soaring Over the Scriptures"
The Bible is unlike all other books. A LifeWay 2017 survey found that only 19% of all churchgoers read the Bible daily. This series is designed to combat biblical illiteracy. Each Wednesday evening Pastor Campbell will cover an entire book of the bible. This overview of each book with a lesson outline to take home will give us a fantastic panoramic view of God's Word. Join us each Wednesday evening.
