PERMISSION SLIPS

  • Parents must submit a separate Parental Consent and Release of Liability form for each child attending.
  • Volunteers must submit a Volunteer Release Form and have a current background check on file.

**All required forms must be printed, completed, and brought with you on the day of the AWANA Games.**

REGISTER A TEAM

  • Complete the online team registration to be officially registered. The process is quick and simple.
  • The registration fee is $50 per team and may be mailed by check to Arlington Baptist Church or brought with you on the day of the games.
  • Teams are encouraged to provide at least one staff volunteer and one line judge.
